Trucking & Warehousing National Sales.



Intermodal Bridge Transportation (IBT) is a leading maritime trucking company operating with six terminals, and growing. IBT is looking for a strategic National Sales person to solicit trucking and warehouse business. IBT core trucking is the Maritime sector, IBT needs to diversify its trucking portfolio, domestic cargo market like grocery are strong targets along with beneficial cargo owners (BCO). Warehouses are general cargo and e-commerce capable.

  • Dallas, TX (Trucking & soon to have warehouse)
  • Charleston, SC (Trucking & Warehouse)
  • Savannah, GA (Trucking & soon to have warehouse)
  • Atlanta, GA (Trucking & Warehouse)

IBT is growing and looking to open more terminals within the US. IBT is looking for a strategic National Sales person to solicit trucking and warehouse business.

Responsibilities:
  • Secure new trucking customers at best possible margins.
  • Secure new warehouse customers at best possible margins.
  • Diversify account base / cargo mix.
  • Assist in customer service to onboard new customers.
  • Travel to visit customers as needed.
  • Provide weekly marketing reports.
  • Provide directions on new terminal & warehouse locations.
  • Provide insight to new products.
  • Develop accounts that are both regional and national

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree BS or BA. Graduate degree a plus.
  • 2 years minimum sales experience with Trucking & Warehousing.
  • Strong analytical Skills.
  • Strong Pricing Skills.
  • Strong MS Skills (Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook).
  • Self-Starter
