Job Description
As a Business Development Leader, you will focus on expanding MX Logistics' customer base. You will create your personal portfolio of relationships through prospecting and prior experiences to maximize the utilization our of company trucking fleet, freight brokerage, and Intermodal capabilities.

Experience, Skills & Characteristics:
  • 2 years of Supply Chain and/or transportation industry experience required
  • Entrepreneurial, competitive, and self-motivated
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Effective communication skills

  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Confident decision-making, ability to problem solve, and issue resolution skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships while working independently
