Sales Executive

Operating the leading specialty job boards for the supply chain industry, seeks upbeat, passionate, highly motivated Sales Executives to join our successful sales team. We will train you to build relationships and sell our proven online recruiting services to companies Nationwide. This fast-paced business allows the right individuals to tap into an unlimited income potential in sales. If you possess high energy, motivation to succeed, exceptional customer service skills and an enthusiastic attitude, then we want to hear from you!

This position is based in our office, which is located on Biscayne Boulevard, on the border of Aventura and North Miami Beach.

  • Research and prospect new clients
  • Initiate outbound telephone sales calls to new and existing business contacts. Most of your
    day is spent on outbound calls.
  • Generate leads and income from various sources provided by the Company
  • Create and present proposal of services to new prospects and current clientele
  • Overcome objections to closure and seal the deal
  • Provide outstanding customer service, frequently communicate with clients and understand their needs
  • Meet or exceed monthly Sales Quotas and reap the rewards

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Ambitious, confident, self-motivated, self-disciplined and focused
  • Self-starter; Strong ability to work independently and driven to meet goals.
  • Competitive by nature with a desire to shine
  • Sales-oriented, customer-focused and enjoy speaking on the telephone
  • Team Player with a "Let's Make It Happen" attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills a MUST
  • Proficient in MSOffice Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience working with a plus
  • Sales and cold calling experience preferred
