A well established and growing NVOCC located in Murray Hill, NJ is looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team.
This individual would be responsible for securing new FCL, LCL, RO-RO, air freight business, and maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.
We require a minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience in the NVOCC industry.
The ideal candidate would have an existing client base and should be able to provide and execute a business development plan that presents, projects, and explains aggressive business growth.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working with management on existing business strategies and their expansion.
- Cold calling and appointment setting.
- Creating quotations and proposals.
- Preparing weekly sales reports indicating sales volume, pinpointing potential sales and areas of expansion.
- Four year college degree.
- Experience in international pricing and steamship line contracts.
- Knowledge of FMC rules and regulations.
