HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING


  • Reviewing & Analyzing the Data - Reviewing all previous 24-hour inventory movements and reconciling DMPlus and SAP inventory variances. Analyzing quality, damaged, and liquidated product status

  • Collaborate to Win - Proactively engaging in the development and training of hourly labor and supporting talent management process for hourly employees. Supporting the execution of relevant projects while ensuring Diversity and Inclusion meets / exceeds corporate standards

  • Take the Lead - Understanding processes and functional interdependencies and recognizing and escalating issues identified as opportunities to improve plant performance

  • Set the Pace - Making sure product gets from Point A to Point B is important. That's why you'll manage production and shipments going to and from contract manufacturing plants while also resolving shipping discrepancies

  • Communication is Key - You'll work cross-functionally in communication and training with multiple business units to implement new inventory control processes

  • Drive Efficiency - We want to ensure the shipping operation is running smooth, so you'll be directing inventory control practices and procedures, addressing any shipping discrepancies and correcting EDI failures. Ensuring adherence to and continuous improvement of all area / shift MCRS® elements, as well as all standard work processes, including K-LEAN

  • Staying Organized - Managing quality hold inventory, coordinating with Quality Supervisor and ensure all outbound orders have been post-goods issued and inbound orders have been post-goods received. Complying with food safety policies and proper sanitary condition at all times

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:


  • High School diploma/GED with significant industry experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex and detailed information

  • Advanced computer literacy within SAP and Microsoft software applications

  • Travel approximately 10%


Bonus Points:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration

  • Experience with applicable inventory location system
