Our Finance team in Tampa, FL is looking for an experienced Treasury/Cash Management professional to join their growing team!

As the Treasury Analyst , you will support all aspects of Treasury Operations activities, including daily transaction and cash flow reporting, forecasting, data analysis and process improvement initiatives.

Essential Functions:
  • Support daily operations relating to bank account and fund transfers, produce daily bank reports, determine daily cash position, initiate daily transaction, and monthly cash flow report
  • Review and analyze all monthly/quarterly bank service charges, credit facility fees and interest expense
  • Prepare short-term cash forecast
  • Coordinate with departments for reporting and analysis needs as they relate to cash, capital expenditures, investments, debt, etc.
  • Work on special projects related to cash repatriation, liquidity, and financial derivatives (hedging instruments)
  • Cash Management functions including periodic bank fee review, automation of manual check clearing and daily cash position processes, daily Cash and Debt reporting , Global Liquidity reporting
  • Support Monthly DSO reporting for Chemical and Boasso
  • Develop report for better cash disbursement visibility (i.e. DPO matrix, etc. etc.)
  • Performa other work-related duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or closely related field, required

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities (Competencies)
  • 2-3 years of related financial work experience in a corporate setting
  • Prior treasury / cash management experience, a plus
  • Proficiency level knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of accounting and corporate finance concepts
  • Working knowledge of statistical and financial analysis techniques

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail oriented and ability to multi task
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a focus on business issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills to be able to communicate with all different levels internally and externally
