Senior production individual responsible for managing account executives, account coordinators, and carrier sales representatives. Additionally, the NAM will maintain & enhance existing customer relationships and identify/build new customers. Heavily focused on acquiring freight and building customer relationships, but also supports carrier procurement strategy.
Full account management responsibilities for assigned clientele.
Research specific shipping lanes to assist with customer's supply chain needs.
Advise and make recommendations on RFP bid process to management.
Review, analyze and accept tendered awards within target and maximum buy thresholds.
Advise on financial resolutions and advocate for superior customer satisfaction.
Manage customer scorecard requirements and travel as needed to perform quarterly business reviews at customer request.
Directly oversees Account Executives, Carrier Sales Reps, & Account Coordinators within respective pod.
Driving and exceeding KPI and productivity expectations for staff members
High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of one-year of GlobalTranz experience or relevant industry experience preferred.
Available afterhours for any necessary customer urgent issues and needs that may arise.
Extremely organized and detail oriented.
Excellent teaching & coaching skills, ability to mentor all team members
Ability to demonstrate appropriate phone and email etiquette with internal and external customers.
Strong customer service and problem solving skills.
Ability to excel in a team-based environment.
